Inner London Group has been established for over 20 years, and develops innovative schemes for the accommodation of keyworkers, students and single persons.

ILG provides first class, managed, facilities for public sector clients.

ILG develops, manages and maintains all its own sites and currently has a substantial portfolio of accommodation units, with a further 500 units under development.

ILG operates in partnership with Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations and Universities and presently with Westminster City Council, Barking Havering and Redbridge Hospitals NHS Trust and London & Quadrant Housing Trust.

ILG are committed to using modern building techniques and specialise in innovative modular construction.

ILG operate autonomously and in partnerships and are committed to providing best value with flexibility a key focus.

ILG also work in the private sector providing high quality housing developments aimed primarily at the young professional.
