Apartments at Bridge Point will be available in the first instance to NHS clinical staff, NHS ancillary staff and those studying to qualify as healthcare professionals.

Priority will be given to keyworkers working in the above categories working within the Barking Havering and Redbridge Hospitals NHS Trust, or Havering Primary Care Trust.
