Inner London Group (ILG) is a privately owned property company that has been established since 1980.

ILG specialise in the accommodation of persons in the following sectors:

Keyworkers.
Single Persons.
Students.
Affordable Housing.
Private Housing.
Hotels.

ILG also design and build Health Centres for the NHS and "Health Villages" for the private sector.

ILG develop, manage and maintain all our sites and currently own a portfolio in excess of 500 units, with a further 500 units in development. Our sites are usually let on a long-term contract basis with ILG retaining ownership of the property or pre sold to Housing Associations, Property Funds etc. All current sites are situated within the M25 and future growth will be generally confined within this region plus the adjoining Essex area where a major site in Southend has recently been acquired. ILG operate from a head office in East London as well as from satellite offices in Essex.

ILG work with several London Boroughs, the main one being Westminster City Council, the NHS, Universities and Housing Associations.
