The Inner London Group is actively seeking to acquire urban freehold development sites within the M25 and Essex. Prospective sites will be a minimum of 0.3 acres, with the ideal being between 0.6 and 2/3 acres. There is no maximum size and recent acquisitions have included a 4.1 acre and a 9 acre site. The sites (in most cases) should be suitable for new build development.
ILG are interested in a full range of commercial situations and have recently considered potential deals ranging from £300k to £36 million.
Ideal situations will be off market, without planning permission scenarios, although all opportunities including going concerns and liquidation situations will be considered.
ILG are funded in the region of £100 million, and are able to proceed rapidly through our solicitors, Stepien Lake Gilbert & Paling in regard to decisions, exchanges and completion.
ILG fully retain agents and will pay a high level of fees for off market introductions.
ILG are happy to enter into partnership and joint venture agreements where applicable.
