Situated at the junction of Rom Valley Way and Rush Green Rd. in Romford. ILG have obtained planning permission for a landmark 8 storey building to consist of 121 apartments, 38,000 sq. ft. of healthcare facility and associated office space, 5,000 sq. ft. of restaurant space and ancillary parking for all elements of the development.

ILG are currently marketing the healthcare element, see news story in section 01, and expect to start construction towards the end of 2009 with a completion date of late 2010/ early 2011.
