ILG have obtained planning permission for their Sutton Square development in Sutton Rd. Southend-on-Sea.

The building which will reach 5 storeys at its peak will consist of 66 apartments with allocated basement parking and will provide the first step of a major regeneration of this part of Southend.

ILG also own the neighbouring site which is earmarked as a future Phase 2 of this exciting development.
